Ultimage Game Cards Not working?

So I purchased 2 $50.00 game cards and the codes are both valid (not used)... but once I hit the confirm payment... I get an error declining the payment... these cards are already bought and paid for... is there a reason why this is happening and is anyone else having this problem with Ultimate Game Cards?
I have the most amazing wife and love Cherry who makes my whole life. We have 2 lil angels that keep us busy off game. I love you Cherry forever and always baby b:kiss!

    I was at a walgreens and tried to purchase the 20$ PWE prepaid card. THe cashier could not process because it said they had been recalled. Anyone having this issue as well ?
