Can't find Morai server when transferring zen

Heya :)

I have recently bought some zen, and I would like to transfer those to my new character on Morai server, but it isn't visible when i want to transfer the zen. I used to have characters on Raging Tides years back but now I switched to the European server.

I tried clearing my caches, switching web browser, restarting my laptop, arc gives the same issue when i try to transfer it through there.

    I think it's best you Submit a Ticket Or post your problem with this screenshot @ http://techsupport.perfectworld.com/forumdisplay.php?f=366, Seems there's a issue with the site.

    Do you have a level 10+ character on Morai? If not, that's your problem.

    I seem to be having the same issue. I have a few characters on Dreamweaver and started a character on Sanctuary yesterday, which is now level 11. Only the Dreamweaver server shows on this website, so it won't allow me to transfer any Zen to Sanctuary. :-(

    I think I figured this issue out. I went into the game and hit the GM button. When the screen opened, I clicked on billing and then I was able to transfer the Zen to the correct server. Let me know if you can't seem to figure it out. My character name is Nohonor, on the West Coast Sacnctuary server. Hope this helps.
