Is it safe to NPC Seal:xx items?

Is it safe to NPC these when we are done with the title quest chain? Or will there be some use or need for them later?

    for now, I am holding on to them. there may be some future quest that requires them all.. or there may not be. but having a max size bank/inventory means I don't have to worry too much about the space they take up.

    I NPC'd mine by mistake, and thought I needed them to continue the title quest. But I was wrong, I just failed to pick up the challenge after being ported near snowy.

    One does not need the seals to complete the title quests. If for some reason they are needed in the future for some mega-quest... Then the GMs will have to solve that problem when or if the time comes.

    Yeah can npc even ones you are doing, you don`t need seal to do quests, they are only to see the puzzles, besides you can get them all back by going to the designated locations.

    So far I've noticed this to be true when you are picking up the very first quest in the chain, but not under any other circumstances.

    Examples are frozen river and volcanic purgatory, which I left the area for the first quest on each, and when I came back later, I got duplicate seals, even WITH the ones I had in my bag.
