Zen to wrong server

I thought i would treat myself to a few zen earlier, so made 2 purchases. The first went through with no problems but the 2nd had a glitch.

I sent it to Arch server like the first time except this time, it went to Lost server for some reason. I have 3 alts on there but i NEVER play on that server as it's pvp ( the alts were made years ago when i first started )

I made sure it showed where i was sending it to, the amount, the game ( pwi ) etc yet some how it has ended up on the wrong server.

Is there a way of PWI retracting the gold/zen so i can get it sent to the right server seems as it wasn't my mistake, but the sites/PWI's.

I have sent a ticket in already but no answer as of yetb:surrender

    Yeah, only fix is to send in a ticket and pray. It takes 3-5 business days for a response. Although the people managing the payment system have been known to work weekends. Don't get your hope up though.

    They haven't been too bad tbh, but this issue is annoying as it's a treat for me & now i can't use it which sux ( especially when it aint even my fault )b:sad

    Sometimes posting this in the cash shop huddle forum will speed up your response too.
