Protection: Heaven glitch unadded?

TheMVP - Heavens Tear

looking for 3 bosses for the new title quest anyone ever see them Protection: Heaven (http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/39467), Protection: Human, Protection: Earth (http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/39468), all of these are suppose to be by dragon depths area it doesnt allow me to autotarget to them and it also warns if I leave area quests will dissappear. anyone ever seen them before or is it content they forgot to add theres very few areas of land around there I've checked all the islands and the database says they dont fly or swim so must be on land so does anyone have any information or is it something that hasnt been added or am i just in the wrong area because i dont want to move too far and have quests dissappear any help would be appriecated because theres very little information on there location and a lot of these new title quests seem to have things missing
