Advertising Dating Sites against ToS?

Is it now against the rules to advertise or mention dating websites in-game or on the forums? I feel like Perfect World will have some stiff competitors.

    i have to agree i feel like i'm now on a dating game site and am starting to wonder is it against the rules to advertise sites more like e harmony f:confused

    Peeps are peeps, and wont be doing anything different than they were doing to begin with. Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater yet.

    I find it disturbing that so many want to get on the forums and assume everyone else that plays this game is someone you dont want to know.

    If you havent been approached by a perv by now, why assume you are going to be. Trolls? Most definately..true predator pervs?

    Well, if they havent dragged you off to a cell with chains and whips in a cave by now, you can probably assume you are safe, lol

    Give the thing a chance. Don't down talk it until it proves to be anymore of a concern than the pervs on your server currently are.b:chuckle

    Even if it doesnt help any lonely souls make a love connection, and go dig wedding bouquets with the Matchmaker, it might help folks find likeminded folks to play with. b:victory

    I agree. This is ridiculous, when a REAL update will come? they need bring something FUN if they want us to stay playing

    Haven't noticed anything to be honest. I just ignore it altogether. Everything's the same to me.

    From the TOS since 2008:
    10. No advertising of any sort.
    Posts or threads containing advertisements of any sort will be removed. Users posting such articles will be warned and/or will have their account privileges suspended, revoked, and/or terminated.

    So yes, it would be against the TOS.
