Client wont update to play PWI

Ive tried manually downloading patches and am reinstalling the game as i type this, but it kept saying client not up to date but yet wouldnt let me update it.
fix this, id hate to quit i really like this game. b:shocked

    This is common when you haven't excluded your client files/folders from the security software like you should.

    It's not a PWE/I issue, it's local on your system.
