Who knows what is there to get with the new 7000 prestige limit ?

the tier 6 seems obvious enough: Items to allow the undergeared in the tougher instances to have an easier time and feel like a part of the squad instead of the little boy following the OPs and hoping not to die.

Tier7 gives something that can be turned into some skill. I would like details plz before starting another month of questing for that prestige. b:shocked
Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    It's chrono page skills if I remember right. Also, at 7K prestige, Corona and Luminance unlock physical/magical attack charms usable with G16, respectively.

    2 important questions:

    which order gives which charm?
    are they tradeable?
