UltimatePay problems anyone?

yesterday I paid for some zen threw UltimatePay getting ultimate gamer cards online. PWI only has it up to $50 worth so if you buy a card for $100 you have to do two transactions one with the code off the card and the other using the left over credit after you use the code, BUT yesterday when I went to use the left over credit the transaction would just load non stop then show I didn't buy anything. I went to bed woke up today and noticed I had zen on my acc that wasn't there when I got off. even with the zen on my acc im still missing zen I paid for. UltimatePay.com shows that I did pay PWI for zen, but PWI isn't giving me the amount I paid for. I already sent in a ticket, but maybe someone else knows something. Is there a problem with buying zen at the moment and will the zen be transferred to my acc when its fixed?
