Dual Client Problem

PWI was working fine yesterday. Due to an unrelated issue I formatted my system drive and reinstalled Windows (PWI is located on a different drive so the PWI files didn't change).
After reinstalling all my drivers from the disc it came with (i.e. the same drivers it had installed before), I ran PWI. It works fine for 1 client. When I try to run the second client, I can log in. But when I select my character and press the Start button, the client hangs immediately without displaying the loading screen. If I exit the game on the first client before I click the start button on the second client, then the second client will start normally.
NOTE: Before posting this I was able to resolve the issue. I am posting the resolution here in case someone else has the problem and it might help them.
It looks like the problem was with the permissions applied to the PWI folder (even though the user I created when I reinstalled Windows has the same account name, the system identifies it differently). The issue was resolved by taking ownership of the folder and giving the ComputerName\Users group full control, then deleting the previous security settings.
Also, most likely reinstalling PWI in a different directory and deleting the original installation probably would have resolved it too.
