so every time I try to purchase zen I get a message saying my information is wrong please check carefully and try again. I gave up eventually then got a call from my bank. They were asking me to verify these attempted transactions and explained that because the money is being moved to somewhere in Malaysia. Apparently the only way i can make the purchase is if I call the bank and force the transaction through. Anyone else with these problems?
