Whats the chance of it proccing anti-immobilise? Is it the same buff as a vacuity/alacrity/wog

    No idea, but I would just use it to freeze the enemy to leap away

    and iirc it does not give vac powder buff. Don't have it so I can't really say much else beyond the description talking only about freeze.

    I use it on a min dex genie, and i've never seen it proc.
