the question remains: when will i see dark attacking infamous, mayhem atk crim and kylin+deicide+other grow some guts and actually try to create a new and worthy 5th place faction on the map (and by worthy i don't mean just lands, looking at you know whof:hush)

Does naming factions is allowed?

@OP: I doubt you ever see Mayhem attack Crimson or vice versa, unless Mayhem decide to totally become RPK without Crimson/Insanity on their safe list.

Infa bidding Dark or vice versa could happen, but -removed-, so those leaders need to waste time to send thicket before bidding explaining that Dark and Infa are not allied and that they want to have a legit TW between each other -removed-.

I doubt we see something interesting on the next 2-3 weeks, let's hope the next TW season, will be better, for everyone.

To make things clear, you can name another faction if it isn't to tell what TOS violations that may have occurred. So discussing why X faction should recruit more members would be alright. But saying X faction got banned for this or that, would inappropriate. In addition, submitting tickets just to harass someone is also a possible violation but OFC it would depend if someone was actually in violation. So saying someone is doing that is itself also naming and shaming, since you're naming someone who has or possibly has violated the rules. And anyway, that can't be discussed without first talking about how someone else got banned. So the whole ticket wars topic is not acceptable for those reasons. Just regular TW discussion, X should attack Y, X should merge with Z, etc is alright and you can names in that instance if you would like. I hope this helps get this topic back on track and discussion going again, as i'd hate to have to close this.

edit TL;DR version: I know the ticket wars topic is a sensitive issue for this server, and I understand why'd you wish to discuss it here. But bans simply aren't able to be discussed here.

Dark vs Infa should be a good war and a challenge for both , also there are risks with this war based that some people will consider that some PWI rules would be broken .

Wow everyone sure seems to hate this "removed" guild I keep hearin so much about.

And dark and infa should be able to have a good ~3 TWs before the map reset. After the PVP fights we've been having, pretty sure both are convinced warring each other is the most fun we'll have in a long time, so we basically seem to be in agreement for fighting each other a bit at the end of the season. Mama always sed finish what you start though so first we gotta devote all our love and affection to Crimson. b:cute

Hope my PK targets that always threaten to report me while fighting me, PKing my guildies or cursing me out in PMs know that. b:cute. Was starting to wonder how many times the staff has been like "oh god not another ticket about Longknife" with all the (potentially empty) threats I get.

Long, did you knew that harassment is allowed on PVE servers? A mod said that on PVE servers people can harass PK people, they can PK quest blocking people and it's NOT bannable.
