I think it would be nice enough to get the game good all over again

Update current consumable items
Apothecary should share different cool downs and not all of them should share the same cool downs. Healing ones should not be for more than 30 seconds.

Remove crab meats and herb yuxiano (apothecary from tokens could also be an alternative too which would be more in demand)

Update current classes
Classes doing the same effects with a different name makes no sense (other than just damage or AOE damage) and of course, remove all of the spark burst skill (clerics do have heaven's wraith for this even though it is weaker than 3 spark), I guess that would mean that bosses' HP should be decreased for a compensation maybe. So the people won't complain (and exaggerate about "I don't want to take 20 mins to kill a boss."

(Skills that classes should stay with)
BMs-Stuns (Obviously), Leaps, Most AOEs
Wizards-High DPH, Teleport, Self chi gain
Archer-High DPH, Bleed, Fire arrow buff
Cleric-Heals, Defense level buff, Sleep
Assassin-Stealth, Movement speed self buff, attack rate buff
Psychic-Reflecting damage, reflecting status
Seeker-Combined physical/magical damage, transfer debuffs
Mystic-Summons, ignored defense attack
Barb-Aggro skills, Attack level debuff
Veno-Debuffs, chi drain

Veno should be able to use whips.

(Just don't make the different classes do the same effects that overwrite each other)


Update current quests

The celestone fragments are pretty useless, and making them into mirages isn't really a good idea either. Maybe a change from fragments into mirages would work or some more quests from celestone fragments... Or just remove them frags from the game?


Update gear

Those old equipment that are long forgotten (basic equips really) should have full magic resistance of all elements

Remove attk/def level from gear (it is more practical that skills should do this, not gear) and change those level shards into increase damage dealt/decrease damage taken.

And so on, taking time to tell the details. I'm too lazy to write up more things.

    With all the money pwe would spend doing that. They could buy and publish a new game. Then proceed to milk the game playerbase's wallets dry. So no wont happen. This is how pwe is. Not like it wouldn't be nice and all.

    No, that wouldn't balance the game. Good luck killing someone that chains Ironguard + Sutra + Dew + Vacuity + Shadow Binder + Pangu +... need i say more?

    Whhaaaaa?......... dude.....you're basically suggesting to strip everything down to nothing and start from scratch. Not the way to go about this. The lower-mid level quests already got updated a year or two ago as well.

    Half the sin's skills should be magical damage, to kill barbs and bms or defense ignoring attacks like every MMO else.

    Also, i think maximum aps should be capped at 2.5, its ridiculous that a class is all resumed into auto-attacing >_>

    Also, PVP damage reducition should be 90% instead of 75, two g15/g16/r9r3 same refined persons wont last 20s of fight for their damage is way over their armors can handle.

    I think to balance this game all gear that is not R9R2+12 can no longer be equipped and if you take your gear off at all it vanishes. Simple solution to the problem at hand.

    A better solution. Cap attack and defence levels at 50 and max stat of (Dex,str and mag) capped at 450. Problem solved, pwi wouldn't have as much of a gear gap between all endgame armors and weps. Also cap aps at 2, it's about time aps is nerfed and get rid of purify.

    If it was capped like that, then there'd barely be much reason to get gears beyond say, r8, except for the weapon.

    The point of MMORPG is to get ahead by using resources (either time or money)

    It should be OK for some to have vastly better gear. People who spend more should be able to have more than people who spend less.

    The problem is, people who have much better gear shouldn't always be competing directly against people with worse gear. Some free for all PK is fine, maybe some PK events should just group people against each other based on Soulforce (and only allow 1 set of gear on to enter instance).

    Balance, on the other hand, is a discussion of a class' performance compared with other classes at an equal footing ie: equal gear, player skill, etc. Don't discuss balance like "this R999 one shot me therefore unbalance" because that just makes you sound confused.
