TT down?

Im not sure if this is on every server but on arch server no one can enter TT and if you have chars that were in there earlier they are locked and and you can no longer log them, I tried to log my BM and it says "unable to connect to server"

    Its on Archosaur server only, the others server got their tt OPEN b:cry


    So, why only Archo, GMs/MoDs ?
