How can I check my date of registration?

Hi. Sorry if I bother you, but I'm really getting mad. How the heck can I find my date of registration to the game? I want to send a ticket for the email issue about the anniversary gift, but I need this info before contact the staff.

EDIT: The date you can see under my avatar is the one whn I joined the forum, not the game. I joined the game between the last days of august and the first of september of the last year, I need to know the precide day.

Core connect info mislead several people, not everyone started playing, earned achievements, or other things first day they registered

For those with much older accounts, the Core Connect method does not work. If you started your account before Core connect, you will not get an accurate indication of when you started.

And, as was stated earlier, the only way to really find out is to submit a ticket.

(One of the previous anni pages had a tool that told you, but I've tried it and it's not working.)

So, if you're an annoying tween like Raujada, and haven't been playing that long, then Core might work for you just fine. (Keep in mind that Core has not worked properly since the day it was released, and that not all data in it is accurate, or even there.)
