Support and ticket pages not working

Hi,

When i try to access the support or ticket pages i get errors including things like

https://support.perfectworld.com/ci/pta/login/redirect/home/p_li...

or others saying

http://www.perfectworld.com/login/?src=rn&returnTo=0&error=7&lang=en

Too many redirect occurred trying to open the page and that there are multiple redirects which end in an infinite loop.

This has been happening on and off for the last week... can someone tell me what is going on?

    Try clearing your cache/cookies and going to this link: https://support.perfectworld.com/app/ask and see if that helps at all. It it doesn't then send an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com and they will open the ticket for you.

    I've tried this from several computers, including a friends, and one at school and i get the same thing... not all the time.. but more than 50%...

    the most common message from the browsers is

    "This webpage has a redirect loop"

    I will contact support and have them open a ticket but its a shame that we can do it ourselves.

    There are others in the forums that are having the same issue, but their messages are deep in others about not getting rewards and not being able to put in a ticket.
