Major Mix up with the anni gifts

so I finaly got the email but what I got was a completely twisted surprise.. I should of gotten the snake and not the horse. and a lot on the heavens tear server is going crazy for the exact same reason. it seems the new system PWI has made has major flaws in giving out the correct gifts to players.

I thought I should post this to let the devs know the response players have made when they got their email.
what matters in ones life is the strength that's within your heart and mind. for it is these two things that makes one feel human.

    Well so and so got the green mount and they should have gotten the snake, but I got the snake and I want the green mount too *insert boo hooing player here*

    of all tje MMOs I have played, PWI has the most whining playerbase of them all.

    I am 4 year veteran and I should be getting Red Boa mount >_> I only got my little pony cosmos horse thing, which I didn't even want. So I npc'd everything jade box gave me. So technically I didn't get anything. Just that Boa would make my day. Hopefully they fix the code.

    Whenever i send a ticket about something they couldnt fix they say they're sorry. Maybe i just get all the nice Support GM's, never had a problem.

    For players who did not receive their item due to email change issues or the email not appearing in their inbox can follow up with a Customer Support ticket. Every player has been designated a specific code and CS rep will be more than happy to provide it to you. Please give it a few days before ticketing in since certain email providers take a while to update and receive PWE emails. Also be sure to check your spam boxes!

    There's a ticket overflow right now and probably not enough staff to take care of them. You'll have to be patient.
