Troubles with Anniversary gifts

Hi! I'm really not sure I should post this in this section, but well... if I'm wrong, you can move it :P

I've used the code to get my anniversary gift. I believed I had to receive the anniversary mount, but I've got only the marmot. So what is the exact day of the anniversary? How can I check my date of joining? I gived the items to a new character, not to my main, can this be a problem?

    I see you forum join date is December 2012, did you started to play around that date too? If yes than it's not a year you play so it's normal that you only get the marmot. Do you remember if you was there last year anniversary? If you was there last year and got a marmot than send them a ticket, if you wasn't there yet last year anniversary that mean you don't play since a year yet.

    I heard a lot of people got error on their gifts and didn't got what they are suppose to got.

    But the marmot is just like an apetizer or something.

    The actual anniversary gifts are going to be sent at the end of weekend.

    Some people already got the email. I think it's why so many people are confuse, some already got it and other not, but people should just be patient and wait and if next week they got nothing than they can start to ask questions.

    should of kept it simple like previous years get it from website sigh....
