Making a New Post

I noticed that the "NEW POST" button is not always available. SO..... HOW DO I MAKE A NEW POST !!!!
I wish to post a new topic not post on a someone elses' post.

    Your question here is quite contradictory. You state that you want to make a new post, then say that you want to instead make a new topic, not to make a new post.

    If you're interested in replying to a thread, i.e. make a new post on someone else's thread, you can do it one of three ways:

    1.) Click on the "Post Reply" button that's located at the top left and bottom left above and below the replies, shown highlighted in yellow here.

    2.) Click on the little box icon highlighted in yellow here to access the Quick Reply box that is located at the bottom of each thread. Here you can type your reply to a thread.

    3.) Click on "Quote" that is located at the top right of each box that contains a person's reply, which can be seen highlighted in yellow in this picture.


    If you would like to create a new thread, which you have done already for this thread, you need to be in a forum or subforum first. Once there, you click on the "New Thread" button at the top left of the forum topic list, which can be seen highlighted in yellow here. From there you can create a new thread topic with a Subject, as well as the post.
