haven't played for like a year and a half, I read about evolving pets but I hear there's a new fox form? What's that about? Also is there new skills or anything else other than that?

    Right now the new fox form doesn't have many uses, it was an incomplete update that we were promised to have it completed in the next expansion. We'll have to see about that.

    You can pick the quest chain from the City of Lost elder. It's long but very enjoyable. You can also just buy the essence in the boutique but I'd suggest against doing so. The quest is worth doing/reading and it says you 29 gold.

    It's only available for lvl100. The quest offers an upgrade to the old fox form (no more MP reduction, chi gain for Sages, some anti-crit buff for Demons though it's kinda useless). It also offers a new form but it has no issues right now other than being pretty.

    I can't realise why would someone buy the stone... "omg I have to be back in archo looking pretty in r9rr asap"b:chuckle

    ..or people who are way too lazy xD but really the quest is so fun to do and read, that alone is good enough of a reason for me to do it.

    Besides the new foxform, a number of skills got tweaked (with Sirens of War expansion), and a pet evolution system got added (with Rising Call update). Depending on how long you've been away, there are also new skills from Morai. Most of these changes affect 100+ though.

    Well, learn the new fox form if you're sage. 35 chi per cast is pretty yummy.

    But if you're demon, yea, not much use yet lol

    Still worth it as demon. The crit debuff is pointless, but no longer losing MP on foxform is easily worth having.
