Not really but this just happened and I have no idea what it is!
I'm pretty sure it's... nothing and it has no purpose but since it's a different thing to write conspiracies about besides complaining about how terrible PWI is or how terrible it's being treated or how the economy is or 2x yadayada.

Enlighten me, what do you think that it means :o

background info it got in my inventory when I used a Lucky Star item (obviously)
PWdatabase only shows a bunch of quests that don't really do anything at all, but it doesnt show that it should come from a lucky star either.

So what is this, Pan Gu spying on me? the PWI illuminati watching me? GM's stalking me in stealth?

Discuss! (no idea if this would be allowed in general discussion or needs to be in some off-topic kind of thing, but it's a PWI related item of which the nature is unknown (at least to me))
