Is TT bugged atm?

I went into a few TT runs and I noticed high mode isn't activated even if you activate it with subs (i have several in inventory), does anyone else besides me and a few people have the same problem.

    Before you judge me, I had no issue, someone swore they used sub to high mode TT and I done this once and it failed, and yes I do read quest and done this many times. That's once, I will try it again. and that's like judging someone for dismissing and quitting squad. When you try to dismiss squad as lead, you automatically leave it even though you click on it.

    I just came back from a break from the game and TT anyway, I'll check it out.
