pls i have problem and i write ticket but it late too much

i have charged zen 160 and it say for me your corrent zen 0

where my zen go ??? i need help fast pls cuz i want buy somthing please who can help me go chack where my zen go

iv'e charged

100 X 1
50 X 1
10 X1

and Zen 0

    All charges have to be approved, usually takes few mins but may take more
