    if I did my job as badly as pwi does theirs I would be fired, I wish for one update they would forget about dropping in new stuff and just fix what is already broken.

    Pretty much, I sent a ticket for my kills count and I should be on the ranking on HL, there's people with less kills than me on it.

    They did put back a broken ranking to prolly make people stop complain, but broken ranking = no ranking... xD

    I dont know if completely fixed or not but there has been some sort of update. There's a bm on LC (Zaytrox) who changed his name a few days ago and he's on the list as his new name. Think the counts are different too as far as i can remember.

    I would even say that having a ranking that has not been updated from months is even worse than having no ranking at all

    you asked for your pvp stats and they told you **** about ARC?
    thats as professional as the german community manager that replied with "we cant delete your account but here have a look at our other games" to a guy that wanted them to completely erase his data.


    and hey, if the LC dude is right, it only costs us 39 gold to update our ranking stats ;)

    I didn't ask for ratio directly, I asked for number of kills + number of deaths
    I reopened the ticket in the afternoon to ask only for the number of kills, and I will see.

    I won't say to much anyway since its seems that my posts are moderated if I show the crappy replies from support :p
