DPH: Nirv s3 or R9S3?

Ok so I've read in some threads people saying that r9s3 is a must for DPH sin.

I have a 4.0 s3 demon sin with +10 daggs with -int, dex+19 and accuracy +30% (Don't have tome) but I was thinking that DPH sin would be more fun for pvp and pve, however I already have r9s3 archer and didn't want to spend more money/time getting r9 for another toon so I was gonna go full Nirv s3 DPH.

So my question is.. Is Nirv S3 DPH sin a viable option for PVP and PVE? Or will I have to go r9s3 to be able to compete? I will still be keeping my aps set for when it's needed though.

Full nirvana s3 is a viable option but r9s3 will definitely beat it in set bonuses and armor stats. This is why r9s3 costs so much more. If you cannot afford r9s3, I would definitely make an s3 armor set seperate from your aps gear, so you can switch to full s3 for pvp and back to aps for pve. Full nirvana s3 will give extra survivability + atk levels, which will definitely help in pvp.

It's not a must (skills>gears), but you're going to have a really hard time killing anyone decently geared without that zerk. Get the daggers at least.

It's viable but not competitive. If you can't afford the full set, get the daggers at the very least as GoF makes a world of a difference when you're going for full DPH.

Everything has been stated that I agree with.

Though most times you'll find that the APS setep does better in PvE than a DPH setup. The only times it's different is when you're AoEing, or need the extra defenses for bosses that are anti-APS.
