Unable to load support ticket page.

I am unable to send a ticket due to not being able to load the support page. I wanted to send a ticket about purchasing the wrong item (x4 Pathfinder Kit) in the Boutique due to lag. Hoping to get a refund/reset of some sort.
Edit: I have tried opening the support page from different browsers and devices, however none of them has worked.
