i did send 2 ticket about the wedding issue's
from 18/8/2013 we reach the 100k point my wife got the diamond ring and her permanent
fashion
all i got the silver ring and i didnt get my fashion
so far no answer about this
and plz some1 help about this

    The problem is you didn't wait long enough, tickets are answered in around 3-5 business days, by sending a second ticket for the same issue you got put back at the end of the waiting line.

    The first ticket you sent was I assume sent the 18th so you would have got a answer between the 21-23th August, now that you sent a other ticket calculate again a 3-5 business days.

    Plus when you send a ticket they say: ''Due to high ticket volumes at this time, we will respond to your question as soon as possible.''

    So be patient and do not send a other ticket or the waiting will restart.

    1 ticket is enough to get your problem solved via Support Team. It takes 3 to 5 business days to get a reply from them so please be patient. b:victory
