Around how much does it cost to get r9 + 3rd recast atm? Or how long it takes to farm? I m considering to get r9 for this Archer because the set has intervals the g16 is leaking and the overall stats of r9rrr are insane.

    1500 golds to get r9 and a bit less of 300m to get all 9 Summerwind tokens.

    Yea R999 is pretty op. I'm just going to bring up another point though. Pwi has gear upgrades in about a year or so after each new op gear set is released. It's been 1 year and 3 months since R999 has been released. Because r999 is so massive in its cost, I would think twice about buying it. I would just wait a few months for the new gear set to be released and save up coin till then. Just food for thought. b:victory

    That's what I used! I even have a calculator button on my keyboard. I was really excited when I saw it there. One of those, OMG b:dirty moments.

    TO OP: The cost changes a lot and also depends on the method you use to get your r9s3! And google helps also. There is a nice .doc file floating around that tells the cost of r9 depending on gold prices.

    R10 will be relased together with g20 and will require 1.000.000 repu

    To just get the rep for r9 you need to do 100.000x one man army and kill 6mil mobs xD Are there really ppl doing that? XD

    That's what they said about R9, and s2 for Nirvi, Lunar, R9 and same for S3. Game is still going. And yet people are still getting it, and on and on and on. Nothing is going to change, people will spend, and other will be jealous. same ol same ol. Hopefully an upgrade, if not, I'll get it for another toon.

    While there are several factors that should be considered in regards to determining rhe health of the game, it doesn't take someone with a genius I.Q. to see, at least on the RT server, that the population is dropping. It definitely is not gaining ground. The game isn't dead yet, and probably has a way to go, but its population health would make me wary about spending a large sum of money for pixellated gear.

    The game is far from healthy. It's popularity is waning, and every few weeks there are less and less people in even popular areas. Starter towns are dead. Lost is close to it. Arch catshops are less numerous...Sure there are die-hard players that can't see the forest through the trees, and wouldn't admit anything but a rosy picture.     Last ditch effort by PWE to milk the sweet spot with all the R9 components, rank, orbs, over and over within close proximity of each other, and more than once in a short amount of time, and on sale for longer than a week. Now sales last a month. That speaks volumes.

    Wickedbrew is right.
    The game's not dead but it's not healthy/growing either. It's declining.

    I still stick around for a variety of reasons and I still enjoy several aspects of the game but even I can tell some days are so quiet and some days I feel so bored that I just do dailies and afk/log off and do other things.

    cool story. while I won't disagree that there may be long-term sustainability issues, I don't see any impact of the population drop you mention in my activities. I still do my dailies easily, have decent NW/TW and my catshop makes nice profits.

    perhaps I'm seeing it through rosy glasses but I could argue that it's better that way compared to fussing over whether 10 or 5 newbies spawned in village of plume. In the end, only a fool would make a significant, for his/her budget, investment in anything but stuff with a proven long-term value: anything else, whether it is a phone, a car or gear, is doomed to lose its value.

    Morai seems to have new people joining daily. I see sort of populated low lvl areas, even as far up as outside Tusk and in the Swamp. I'm in a faction with a lot of low levels who are completely new to the game or people that have switched from other servers recently. I would say some of the decline in the US server population can be explained that with that EU players chose to go to Morai instead. On the other hand, Morai as a whole seems to have a lower player base then at least Dreamweaver have (I can't account for the rest), and I can't say if it's growing or not.

    As others have said, the game is in decline, but it's far from dead yet. People who claim the game is dead usually don't play anymore, so how can they know? :P

    Actually Morai server is getting less populated too.

    For new player you have the rush to make a toon lv 70++ in a week and then.. ow djeez need now 15-20 mils to obtain TT70 gear.
    But they actually have less then 1 mil or 0 coins if they kept there skills up.
    So players tell them make more chars, so you can earn coins with doing Jolly Jones quests.
    Or other advice players give, ignore your gear till lv 100 and make char lv 100 as soon as possible and join in the lv 100 BH's to earn coins that way.

    Yes i agree with the post above that morai is pretty alive and kicking regarding new players, but i see many new players leave too before they reach lv 80.

    Lately on Arch server, i have seen a decline in the starter towns as well as in Broken Bow. There used to be heavy competition in getting your Lv20 Gen Summer quests done there but now its just a few people at most.

    I was considering getting rrr9 for my psy but due to the decline on my server now, i'm limiting that to the ring and wep only. If there is an armor/wep increase, such as r10 and g20, and it brings back new people, i may get the rest of the set.

    Seeing what they did with the new harpy pets, i don't see me putting that much money in game to get the higher lvl gear if it is issued. It will be outrageous.

    Right now the MoGs are on sale at the lowest i have ever seen. Which reduces the cost of getting rrr9 right now until the sale goes off. But i'm wondering if this is due to PWI getting ready for new gear coming out. With the health of this game declining though, i'm still not sure i'll go full r9.

    why would someone pay 15-20m for the **** called tt70 gear. npc gear would be on par if not better lols
