R9s3+NW Forge R9 Ring Upgrde

I had a quick question. I tried searching online for the answer, but couldn't find anything. I have R9s3, but I haven't upgraded the ring at the NW forge yet. Does the ring add a set bonus, if so, what bonus does the barb get adding the ring to the set? Thanks in advanced for the replies, much appreciated.

This can be closed. I have my answer. Only the Chinese server has the added ring bonus.
