The best way to get source of force

Hi there! :D I need suggestion about the damned source of force. It's rare as hell, and the few pieces I find have ridicolous prices. So, what's the best way to get them? Buying packs?

    Buy battle pet packs while they're on sale, use the Pet Manager's quest to trade phoenix feathers for source of force.

    At 8 gold for 50 packs, and averaging 26.5 SoF or feathers per pack, it will cost about 60 gold.

    o.o they use to be easy to find and only 10K each...is it changed now?

    Gold's more expensive, so you're not going to find them for close to 10k each unless there's a pet pack sale, plus tickets from perfect chests has people looking for cheap tickets rather than SoF/feathers.

    I used to be in the SoF/Feathers market, and found that they didn't move well any more.
