Suspensions of an old account

Ok about 3 years ago I had a account, I knew the password by heart. I turn to PW to return to my account but says my password doesn't work. . . and is ben the same password for years, ive used it for everything . . . so I try my hard to find out whats wrong, but nothing. so im searching for my characters on website and I see someone else with my name and on my server but its not my account. . . so now im wondering did my account get banned or deletion of my account, and I put it too many tickets. . I hate putting tickets in and waiting for a reply I want a full decent conversation with someone. I put hundreds of dollars into that account and now its just gone. and now its just pissing me off. when someone tells me to right a ticket or do something that I have already been thru.

Oh, and I don't remember my email<<<<yeah yeah I know very noob of me. but it was like 6 years ago when I made the account.

just want to know if my account is deleted or banned or am I doing something wrong please

2 things you can do.

1. Submit a ticket

2. Be patient.

Anybody else will probably tell you the same thing.

Impossible, PWI hasn't been around 5 years yet (coming up on the 5th anniversary soon.)

You may not want to hear it, but the only thing you can do is submit a ticket. And ONLY one ticket. Then be patient. Everytime you submit a new ticket on the same issue, you get bumped to the back of the line. The forums are mostly just players.
