Channel Time

Noob question about wizards.
Is channel time useful on a wizard? And to what extent.
Is the nirv glaive better than the nirv sword? the nirv glaive has a bunch of channel on it but the sword cant get that much. What would be better? Thanks in advanceb:victory

    -chan in great quantity makes you hit faster--duh. Wizard is probably the slowest casting caster. -chan can help/

    G16 Glaive and Sword get the same addons (3% chance to get any -chan)

    Most poverty -chan builds are TM -chan cape, OHT -chan orns/rings, R8 + G15 and -chan on weapon, i.e. oneshot build. Legit endgame -chan means R9rr which is rike many birrion dorrar
