Jolly Jones, Bounty daily quest

I just noticed that I could take the daily bounty order quest for more than one of my characters that are in the same level range on the same account. A couple months ago I couldn't do that. Is this an official change or is it just a glitch? I just read a bunch of patch notes for the last two months and didn't see it mentioned.

I did it with two characters who are lv22 and lv29, both on the same account on the same server.

    You can do it on any toon, as many times as you can.
