So, recently I've faced an issue with my account and I would like to complain about it.

I've been away from my home place for a year and my account got used at first and then suspended permanently. And here what is happenning now:

First of all I can't even access Support Section and I have to contact PWE team via email.
The one who actually **** and used my account was my own brother, while I was attending exchange program abroad. But security and account safety PWE provides us with leaves much to be desired. Email can be easily **** along with passwords and secret questions. For example Russian PW binds an account with mobile phone and it actually works great.

I understand it's been almost a year since my account got banned and the one who **** in my account was my relative, but looking through ToS this action is considered as hacking and I should get unbanned after all info get checked.

But I don't get even a proper response and nothing is done and not going to be done about me and my issue.

My home region is banned from PWI and I even asked to take any of my unbound items, all my money any stuff just to play this game, but it was ignored, even though I could make almost 1 billion by selling everything right now.

But the most ANNOYING thing I would like to complain about is the fact that I wasn't CSer, but could reach such goals like R9 with a short period of time without any RL investments and it made me love this game and be proud of myself. But then I asked my ex-game comrades and they told me PWE doesn't really care about f2p gamers, but they never EVER ban CSers for anything. And Goonz glitch is the best example as for me.

I expect a lot of negative feedback and a thread close, but people should know what PWE is about. Well, they actually now, let me just give you yet another example. But I will still appreciate further assistance from GMs or CM. Because I really want to play this game.

    Just to let you know ticket response times vary depending on the severity of the issue. You're claiming that your account got ****. That type of claim has to be investigated thoroughly and requires more time than your average ticket.

    What really surprises me is the fact that you went out of your way to come to the forums to violate an obvious forum rule, make some accusations against PWE, and then expect me to unban your account.

    My best advice to you is to wait for a ticket response. Locking thread.
