Matchless Wings Transfer Problem

Hello, i just finished getting my Gold Snake Cloth, Matchless Wings and Fee.... I tried looking around on other threads but no luck. When i click on the NPC in south the options Y/N to transfer Gems / Refines... it won't allow me to click Y, only option is N. Is this due to needing Chienkun stones with me or some other reason? I'm just wondering before i buy them and for some reason it doesn't work.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Needs Chienkuns

    also if you buy them during Chienkun sale you can just resell at a profit when sale is off

    Yes, you'll need chienkuns. IIRC, you'll need 105 to transfer +10 and 4 JoSD.
