is lost city server down ?

i can't seem to connect to any of those two lost city servers both says unable to connect to server :S is this cuz of the new update ? plz help it's been 3 days now i can't enter pwi b:surrender

    Which country are you from? Maybe they banned your region from the game?

    it's not a question of the game it's the question of the server cuz only the servers r in "US west" list r not working cuz in US est server r working fine with me even Europe server that is morai server, right now i m in morocco spending summer. anyhow it's been more then 5 days now i haven't played it i need an answer to this problem as soon as possible plz.
    PS : i tried the firewall thingy and the antivirus thingy as well so the problem not them D: as i can make the folder of pwi a special non scanned item with the antivirus and an allowed thing with the firewall i turn them both off but still ........
