FC Big Room Mystic Question

On the boss in Big Room I understand that AoE is a big no no since you'll cause the mini guy to blow up, but are we able to use our plants on him or will debuffing the mini guy cause him to blow up too?

    Unfortunately the aoe plants do inflict a bit of damage so they can trigger the exploding mini me. Best to use Healing Herb on this boss.

    Punishing Sting isn't AoE, but you don't want it around when the boss dies.

    I think the question being asked here is if Befuddling Creeper is safe to use.

    Befuddling Creeper is safe to use... Never bothered lysing it.... But you can survive the aoe with nature barrier so who cares!

    Befuddling Creeper and Spidervine don't do damage so it's safe to use them. Debufing doesn't take aggro on that exploding add. However lysing the plants does do damage so it will make it explode.

    Your teammates will care. Also the damage from the explosion is a flat 5k, Nature's Barrier won't work against it.

    Hmm yes nevermind my response I was thinking of Lysing that does damage, the plant itself doesn't.

    That's obvious... this is situational but sometimes you don't have barb nor veno in team and maybe also no cleric. The OP question can also be useful to mystics soloing FC

    Back on topic, I was always using creeper on that boss (without lysing it) when I was soloing fc. Never had any problem with it

    I'm assuming in todays day and age that a Mystic would be soloing considering they're they best equipped to handle the second boss and solo a full pull of the BR.
