Can you change something?

Hi I have a questions to Administrator or GM, are you so power full, that you can allow to change a graphic, texture-models in game, skills effects, add new instance or like so?. I know China Perfect World got a final word, but it's possible to do anything or all what you can is a ban/mute and so?.

If you have a power to change anything in game, I wish that:

* in west Archo near PK NPCs, should be z box ring or arena ring, because lot of peoples just enjoy fighting there. Non-China/Japan fashions in game, do it more European. Remove funny Panda on Panda mount from game, it's look crappy when I seen panda ride on panda mount >.< .

* Music in game so irritating after some time, let give a "plug-in" to game witch says "change music". Files: common_f1.mp3/common_e1.mp3/common_d1.mp3/common_b1.mp3 and common_a1.mp3 should be edited with NEW music or longer version(1 hour each song). Every time I replace it with mine MP3, your updates ruin it ;(. Good option is to mute it as well.

* Flying speed..Gosh this is a 1st mmo, when I thinking, I fly under wind b:shocked, even mine speed is 3.20!. Can you add us possibility to fly 10.00 or even more?

* NW is very not justice, why don't add lvl requirements?.
For example:
Enter NW: (LvL 60 - 80)
Enter NW: (LvL 90 - 99)
Enter NW: (LvL 100 - 150)



Now it will be more justice, but now is terrible.b:cry
No wonder that people playing "Hide" games there, if your spawns are off, you get 0 points, no mater what have you done on this map.

Lets say you are out PKing. Your enemy suddenly decides he/she wants to be a carebear and gets up on their flight which is 10m/s flight and costs alot. Thats it, you cannot stop them go into safezone because their flight is so damn fast.

OR, you are the one going to safezone with regular 3.3m/s flight and some R999+12 JOSD cashshopper stops u with their 10m/s flight and kills you.

I think flights that are TOO fast ruin the fun of PK/NW/TW, it makes escaping/chasing so easy that you cant stop them.

EDIT: Personally I think that anyone below 80/90 shouldnt be able to enter NW.

I forgot we have PvP servers too . Flaying is like "dying" in PWI, slowly and absolutely boring. On non-pvp servers should be added new fly devices with 10.00 or more speed ^^

Flying too slow for you? There's teleport masters, town portal, teleport incenses, teleport stones, the illusion stone to directly enter an instance from Archosaur.

Plus having +10.0 flyers (which would be speed 15, since base flyer speed is 5) would remove all value from having ground mounts (max speed 11.) If you really need to fly faster, there's the Accelerate action combined with a Discipline genie's Wind Force.

GMs do not have that kind of power. At all. Our GMs are not devs and while they can relay suggestions to China, they cannot actually perform the coding required to impliment them on their own even if they were allowed to alter the code without permission from the main company.

We don't have a PK NPC in archo.... And if you want to just duel then.... duel whoever it is you want? If you find someone else willing to 1v1 it's not that difficult to teleport to somewhere that isn't a PK hotspot and fight there either, so I don't see any point to this.

As for the second half, that's your own personal opinion and I'm fairly certain there are many who would disagree with you.

Not only is what you say you do against the rules as it's modifying the files (which is forbidden), but even if it weren't, the option is there to just... mute the music ingame and play your own music via one of the many music/video players that can be downloaded nowadays. Really this shouldn't be an issue at all for anyone.

Flight has a base speed of 5.0. With a 3.0/5.0 flier, you will fly at a speed of 10.0 under accelerate. With any of the newer ones that have a hasted speed of 6.2/6.3 you'll be flying faster than a land mount's maxed speed. If the base speed of any aerogear was raised to 10.0, that would be the equivalent of having a permanent holy path while in the air since speed ingame caps at 15.0. This would be a very bad thing for various reasons.

You're completely wrong about this. A smart and skilled player, even at level 60, can do very well in NW as long as they know what they're doing. All this would really do is cause more battles to have fewer people in them.

Plus anyone that has high refines in the lower level ones will literally rule unopposed as can be seen with the level 80-89 tournament bracket on most servers. Plus we don't have a level 150 anymore outside of mobs, which kind of shows you're not fully aware of the game's mechanics.










tl;dr: No to basically everything. It's poorly thought out and most of these suggestions are either not worth the work or lead to more problems than they'd solve.

Dear Moderator, thank you for answers. I have one more question.
It's possible add to game "Add-ons" like in others mmos, where players(or fans) can change almost all in game(costume it). For example:
I load on mod: "Yellow Wings", now I'm able to see no more "White Elf Wings" but "Yellow", or mod: "re-texture", witch re-texture old textures in game(more shaders 3.0, better icon look, more possibility by character creation new hair style etc).

I'm mean to add "Mods" or "Add-ons" to the game options.
We all know best and hugest mmo ever, where it is in and where it work perfect
Why don't add this option to PWI?. If is possible, please submit this "Suggestion".b:victory
