How can i open another client? Fast repls please

Hello why when i click elementclient on my PWI files it opens as a launcher?? i've recently came back to pwi and this never happened. before i was here it opened another client. How can i open another client.

    Elementclient was changed to launch patcher with last major update; you can open a second by clicking elementclient again with one client running.

    Yup like Mayfly said - it did the same to me and I thought I wouldnt have been able to dual-client but just open it again and you're good to go - it supposed to eliminate more than 2 windows, but if that's true than why . .. did i find someone w multiple toons on the same time. I know i shouldve screened it but still . .wasnt hard to guess that it was the same person due to their name. . .

    just wanted to know that.
