Mood Skill Levels

OK so I've managed to evolve three of my pets... the only evolvable ones at level 100:

Shoadu Cub, Dino, Nix

It's been interesting rerolling the moods to try for the really interesting skills. But I am wondering about the skill levels. I got the skill where it increases both attack and def levels as well as reduce damage by players, but the numbers didn't match exactly what i read in the mood list. Do the skills associated with each mood also have their own individual levels which are also randomly chosen as you reroll?

I tried to level it with a tame book but it didnt work.

Anyone else notice this or maybe am I reading something incorrectly?

    Yeah.
    The skills don't seem to be levelable unless one tries to re-roll enough times to get the same mood with higher level skills, which sucks >: And the moods in the list show the highest level possible for the skills upon a roll, or at least that's what I think the accepted theory is... I certainily haven't ever seen anyone with a level higher than what's on the mood list.

    Yeah, the spreadsheet has the max level of all skills.

    I don't know if it was intended or not but for the time being the only way to level up mood skills is to reroll.
