Game Client doesn't work.

I can open my account via the arc launcher client, by logging into the game there, however the actual launcher and game client (without arc) does not have a password linked to it. I have reset my password and checked all passwords I have associated that account with and both the email address and the username that is used for my account log in. I cant get a match up for anything. I think the password has been removed as the game now uses arc. Although if I get disconnected I have now way to force log my character and am stuck without a toon for an hour. I have tried to log into the launcher and my other account works fine. I cant log into this account for some reason. I think when i reset the password they removed the password through the game client. I don't know what is going on and I would like to be able to log onto my account without using arc. Any ideas how to reset the client password without changing the main server password?

You cannot reset the client password also there's 1 password and username you can use which applies both for game & for websites/forums.
