Accuracy or garnet ???

I have almost a full R999 on me (i am bm) and y have 2 questions :
1.What gem i put in axe to hit harder ?Garnet or accuracy gem?
2.What tipe of stone i have to put in gear to have a more surviability(to rezist beter at bosses hits)

    Weapon: Garnets

    Armor: Jade Of Steady Defence / +10 Vit stone / Citrine
