    These DCs keep getting worse. Did they sell their equipment and replace it with old junk? This is getting ridiculous.

    Probably it was a downgrade. Less players, no need to keep running those expensive servers, downgrade and let us DC again b:laugh
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    Hey folks,

    Sorry about the trouble with our west servers! From what we can tell, the recent disconnects have been an issue with all PWE west servers, and looks to be related to our ISP.

    We're looking into the cause of this now, and hopefully we'll be able to prevent in the future.

    We're also looking into the new hardware, but given that the DCs have hit other games, we're thinking it's not about the hardware.
