Unable to send items from Token Shop

Hello everyone. I've been trying to send items to my character from the Token Shop, purchasing them with my achievement points. Unfortunately, every time I try buy them, this message pops up:
Sorry, An error occurred during your transaction.
Sorry, failed to send item. Please try again.

I know that's not much information and that's exactly why I'm here.
I did try again and I do have enough tokens.
Help?

    For a site error like this, it's probably best to send in a ticket.

    Only real advice I can think of is clearing the cache, and/or using a different browser.

    Thank you. I tried to clear the cache and change browsers, but nothing.
    I've sent them a ticket. Hope they fix it!
