Item Trembling Soul Charm no longer purifies.

The item http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/30452 (Trembling Soul Charm) no longer purifies certain stats, such as some DOTs, Shackle included.

Steps to reproduce?
1) Be a wizard (Only wizards can use this item).
2) Find a Cleric with Shackle.
3) Duel, get Shackle, Elemental and Dimensional Seal.
4) Use the Trembling Soul Charm.
5) Note how only 2 of the 3 current debuffs are gone.

It used to work as a complete purify (Like http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/30417 [Purification Balm]) + mana regen, and was used quite a bit by me in AEU, but as stated, it no longer removes some debuffs.

    Most of the morai skill debuffs such as magical shackle were never designed to be purified so the item is still working as intended...

    Actually, it used to purify them, showing there was a change.

    Yes, they were changed as they were not supposed to be purified. There's a thread/post on that somewhere I'll have to dig up.

    Then they need to change purifies description to say most debuffs, and status ailments. In this case all doesn't really mean all and that is completely misleading. American English Dictionary can help with that problem. b:pleased

    Exactly the reason why I want it back to what it was, for once wizards had a decent wizard only item and it gets taken away.
