Last update or the update before that, the Chi bar has been changed.

Before you could place your mouse over the Character chi bar and it would say the exact amount of chi you had.

For example :

55/ 99 Chi

now there is no text when you hover your mouse over the chi bar.

not sure if this was intentional.
