Is it just me or is every server down? b:shocked

Verifying did nothing. Restarting the game did not work. Restarting my modem didn't work.

Edit: Now it's saying i have a pack file missing when i try to launch it from my desktop as admin. o_o

It's most likely a network problem between you and the servers.

What are the steps i can take to fix this? I'm not too surprised my internet has been really messing up

You can try resetting your router and see if it finds a better route. Other than that, I don't know what you can do.

    1).Check your bandwidth speed @ www.speakeasy.net/speedtest .
    2).Run a traceroute to PWI Heaven's Tear (PVE) pwigc4.perfectworld.com
    29000:64.74.134.61
    29000:64.74.134.62
    29000:64.74.134.63
    29000:64.74.134.64
    29000:64.74.134.38
    29000:64.74.134.39
    29000:64.74.134.59
    29000:64.74.134.60

3).Make sure that your router has port 29000 open for PWI and for the PWI patcher. Also make sure your firewall/anti-virus isn't blocking anything.

I don't currently have a firewall program (just expired recently). speakeasy wasn't working. I used speedtest.net and it told me i was getting 2.37 Mbps

Could it be because I'm not using Arc's version of PWI? The DC was so sudden too.. i was walking around in thousand streams then boop, DC'D.

It isnt just u, i'm DCing every 5 minutes at dreamweaver, i need to restart my modem everytime to turn back again. There's something wrong with PWI servers.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's because my computer is too old for PWI with this new update. This thing's a dino b:laugh

Even i'm not using ARC, i run the game directly it works absolutely fine for me actually works better without ARC. Did you ran a traceroute to PWI servers & check howz it going ? With 2.37 mbps connection the game should run ok.
