This the third time - Ten Million Big Note shape shift in to other item during cat shop transactions. Generally it takes shape of an item that has been in the inventory for a long period of time. First and second times Ten Million Big Note took shape of a Diamond of Dragon, so I stopped dealing with them to avoid glitch, assuming Diamond of Dragon was the problem. This items are unable to be traded and disappear after relog.
I have brought this up few times through the ticket system. It took me some time to get my money back.
This time it's taking much longer and looks like GM that is looking in to this matter is not interested to paying back. Even though the money loss was caused due to game errors.
The point of this post is to see how many people have same or similar problem with Ten Million Big Note.
I found similar thread, it doesn't have any answers and it's old. So to avoid necro I'm creating new one.

This does indeed belong in the quality corner, as do all gameplay bug reports. Moving it there now.

dont think its a certain item glitching, I did the same thign with +11 orbs. I could Drop my +11 orb, pick up another item right after orb, and it would stack on the +11 orb, but ofcourse cannot be traded, and then it gets back to the real item image after. I could not reproduce the error after a relog.. So i assume the glitch is files messing up mostly.

Sounds similar. But I am unable to locate which item was glitched. And now catshop business is on hold, because all items in the inventory can be sold, and I wouldn't want to sell item for 1 mil that originally worth 4 or 5 - 10mil notes.

This one would like more information. Is the image switching an issue that occurs in your own inventory/catshop, or after you have purchased the item and it is sent into your inventory?

Also, is this a persistent issue for you or has this happened on occasion, rather than frequently?

In my case, it happened after item was sold. In the inventory 10 mil notes, that was supposed to be received for gem, take shape of another item, but when that item disappear, it's just an empty slot.

This is third time in the last few months.

This one will try and replicate the incident to attempt to understand the root of the problem. We will do what we can. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
