G13 -> g15 daggers...I'm confused :(

    No, you must use the stones to carry over sockets from g13 to g15 and g15 to g16. You can reroll on g15 and keep sockets/refines, but with g16 you need stones for each reroll.

    The nice thing about g16 is every roll also rerolls the sockets, so if you want a better roll there's always a chance for 2 soc with it.
